DP Personnel’s Management team is directed by the president/owner, Frank Harrell who founded the company in 1999. Frank is the former Head Basketball Coach at Tennessee Technological University, and remains the Associate Director of Athletics for Sports and Compliance at the University. At the conclusion of his coaching career, Frank made several investments including the Staffing Industry. He is a successful owner or part owner in several ventures including land development, a thriving home building company, restaurants, a quality inspection company, and home rentals. He knows how to work with people, and understands the qualities of success that guides our company to meet the needs of our clients. Our office manager is Katrina Cockrill, known as Kay. She graduated college with an Associate degree in Applied Science in 2006. Kay has a solid background in managing skills due to her tenure in automotive industry. Kay held quality supervisor for 10 years and for 4 of those years, she served on the safety committee. She joined DP Personnel in 2005 as the assistant manager, and then became DP’s manager in 2012. With Kay’s skillful knowledge of the staffing industry, she is an important partner to our clients. Meshel Williams came to DP Personnel in 2015. Meshel graduated college with an Associate Degree in Business Management in 2011. She has over 15 years of experience in retail management and office management, as well as several years working in the manufacturing industry. Meshel is very knowledgeable in all areas of recruiting and she works great with our employees and customers. Customer service is natural for our secretary, Cathie Johnson. She has a broad experience in public relations. Cathie climbed the corporate ladder in direct sales to become a district executive manager, which she effectively held for over 15 years. During that time, she won multiple awards for her performance, dedication and service. Cathie joined DP’s team in 2012.
